January 4th, 7:00pm - 10:00pm 5 Seasons Swing: Monthly Dance

Join 5 Seasons Swing at the Cherry Building (329 10th Ave SE, Cedar Rapids) for a beginner lesson at 7pm and a social dance from 8 - 10pm. $10 / person (cash or Venmo accepted). No experience is necessary, and no partner is required.

Fun, frivolity, games, music, dancing...it's the complete package!! Hope to see you there.

Public Space One (South), 538 S Gilbert St, Iowa City, IA 52240

Join us for our weekly Argentine Tango social dance and lesson. We begin with an all-levels class at 7:00 PM, suitable for newcomers and experienced dancers alike.
Following the lesson, from 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM, a DJ will play a mix of traditional and contemporary tango music to dance to.

Please note:

Enter through the back entrance and ring the bell.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.
Admission is free for first-time attendees, $5 for others.

We look forward to seeing you for an evening of dance and music in a friendly community atmosphere. The dance floor awaits!

 NEW VENUE: The Masonic Lodge in downtown Iowa City (down the street from the public library)
 $10 per evening. Drop in - no need to register or bring a partner!

•8:00 - 8:30pm Social Dance/Practice
•8:30 - 9:30pm Level 2 Lessons

A new series of 4 lessons begins at the first of every month. The first Thursday of the month is the best time to start for beginners!

Ely American Legion (St. Quentin Post 555), 1545 Main St, Ely, IA 52227

Social dancing to recorded music (no lesson).

We play a variety of styles, including waltz, foxtrot, tango, cha-cha, rumba, east coast swing, west coast swing, bolero, samba, salsa, and hustle.
No partner required.
Pay at the door. ($7)
