    A new series of 4 lessons begins at the first of every month. The first Thursday of the month is the best time to start for beginners!

    7:00 - 7:45pm Beginner Lesson
    7:45 - 8:15pm Social Dance/Practice
    8:15 - 9:15pm Level 2 Lessons

    $10 per evening or $5 for students. Drop in - no need to register or bring a partner!

    • Social dance to recorded music 8:00 - 10:00pm.
    • We play a variety of styles, including waltz, foxtrot, tango, quickstep, Viennese waltz, cha-cha, rumba, east coast swing, west coast swing, bolero, samba, salsa, and hustle.
       
    • No partner required.

    • Pay at the door.  (USA Dance members: $8, Students: $6, All others: $12)
      Cash preferred.
  • April 4th, 7:00pm - 10:00pm 5 Seasons Swing: Monthly Dance
    cherry building, 329 10th Ave SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52401
    Join 5 Seasons Swing at the Cherry Building (329 10th Ave SE, Cedar Rapids) for a beginner lesson at 7pm and a social dance from 8 - 10pm. $10 / person (cash or Venmo accepted). No experience is necessary, and no partner is required.

    Fun, frivolity, games, music, dancing...it's the complete package!! Hope to see you there.

    Join us at Old Brick for ballroom dancing! No experience or partner required. The dances covered will rotate every week, and will cover tango, foxtrot, waltz, rumba, cha cha, and swing.

  • April 7th, 7:00pm - 9:30pm Green House Swing Dance Social
    The Green House, 505 E Washington St, Iowa City, IA 52240
    Meet us for a drink and a spin around the dance floor. Come to enjoy a relaxed evening of dance, drinks, and connecting with friends. We will DJ music to dance lindy hop and other swing dances. All (safe & respectful) dance moves are welcome.

    A beginner swing lesson will be taught at 7pm, followed by the social dance at 7:30. No partner or experience required.

    There is no charge for this event. Please plan to purchase drinks from our generous host and tip well!
